Imagine esta exuberante selva tropical como la m\u00e1xima expresi\u00f3n de la vibrante vida de la Tierra, donde el tiempo se ralentiza y la naturaleza cobra protagonismo. Es el punto ideal donde la naturaleza muestra su doble personalidad.<br><br>\n\nCarara no es s\u00f3lo un parque; es un oasis total de vida. <br><br>\nTres especies de monos, gatos salvajes raros y hablemos de los residentes: las aves m\u00e1s destacadas del mundo, el hormiguero de pecho rayado, el saltar\u00edn de collar naranja, el trog\u00f3n de Baird y el aracari de pico ardiente son solo algunos de los fant\u00e1sticos personajes que podr\u00e1 ver.<br><br>\n\nSi busca informaci\u00f3n sobre los avances cient\u00edficos que ofrece el Parque Nacional Carara, le invitamos a consultar lo siguiente:<br><br>\n\nPara empezar, tenemos un paisaje verde con 480 especies de plantas incre\u00edbles, incluyendo \u00e1rboles y arbustos. Y ojo: 14 son como las VIP del parque: totalmente end\u00e9micas. Otras 29 est\u00e1n en la lista de especies raras y exclusivas. \u00a1Menuda lista bot\u00e1nica!\n<br><br>\nAhora, profundicemos en el mundo de los reptiles: la impresionante cifra de 124 especies representa el 53% de todos los reptiles de Costa Rica (un total de 234). Es un para\u00edso para los reptiles.<br><br>\n\n\u00bfMam\u00edferos? Carara lo tiene todo con 112 especies, lo que representa casi la mitad del total de mam\u00edferos del pa\u00eds (237 en total). Estos mam\u00edferos saben c\u00f3mo mantenerse tranquilos en su h\u00e1bitat natural.<br><br>\n\nLos anfibios est\u00e1n dando un giro a la actividad anfibia con 62 especies, lo que representa aproximadamente un tercio de la diversidad anfibia total en Costa Rica (un total de 189). Es como un foco de anfibios aqu\u00ed.<br><br>\n\nY redoble de tambores, por favor: el panorama aviar. Carara es el lugar ideal para observar aves, con 428 especies, lo que representa un s\u00f3lido 45% de las especies de aves registradas en todo el pa\u00eds (935 en total).
